Orders and Shipping
Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most customers receive their orders within 7–15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” or “Account” button at the top of our website. Fill in your name, email address, and create a password. Once registered, you can easily manage your orders, addresses, and track your shipments.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can update your shipping address by contacting us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking link in that email or log into your FLIPSKY account to view the status and location of your shipment.
No, for your security and privacy, we do not store credit card information on file. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway.
Sales tax is charged based on the shipping destination and local tax regulations. The applicable sales tax (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Whenever possible, we combine items into one package. However, depending on product availability and warehouse locations, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each package if your order is split.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll quickly resolve the issue by sending you the correct item or arranging a return.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos or a video of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll assist you in arranging a replacement or refund.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions via email. Please do not send items back without receiving authorization from our support team.

Yes—if your order has not yet been processed. Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
